When the Monitor keystrokes when user is typing box is checked ActivityMon will store all the keystrokeys pressed by the users. In some countries you may be in the conflict with the law when you monitor typed passwords so ActivityMon allows you to exclude passwords from the monitoring. To do that check the Exclude keystrokes typed into password controls box.

ActivityMon commercial editions allow to detect idle time of the user. Idle time is understood as a time the user has not moved with the mouse, has not click any mouse button and has not pressed any key. To monitor user idle time check the Monitor user idle time box. You may also specify the minimal amount of idle time to be stored using the text box.

User activities data is stored for minimal amount of days which can be specified by Store activities information for text box. Older data will be erased.
