Do ActivityMon products support Microsoft® Windows® 11 and Microsoft® Windows® 10?
Yes, they do. And even more: ActivityMon products are develop on and for Windows® 11 and Windows® 10. ActivityMon products family is tested for both 32 and 64 bit versions of Microsoft® Windows® 11/10/8.1/8/7/Vista/XP operating systems. Server products target the Microsoft®

I have bought the ActivityMon license several years ago. The activation key I have cannot be used with the current version. What is the problem?
The activation keys are not time limited and can be used without any limitation with our products released within the update period. But the update period itself is limited, typically to 12 months, older ActivityMon Home/Family products update period was limited to 5 months.

How many licenses do I have to buy?
ActivityMon licensing is based on the number of monitored computers: you have to buy number of licenses equal to the number of monitored computers. You do not have to buy licenses for installations used for activities viewing only. That's the difference to competitive products. There is no need to purchase licensing for ActivityMon Network, the viewer of gathered data. It is a strong advantage of our products.
How can I get ActivityMon trial version?
Trial version is available for download in the Download section. It can be used without any charge for 7 days from the first installation to test ActivityMon functionality and features.
Activation key is not accepted by the ActivityMon, error 0x00004E88 is reported. Whatis the problem?
You are trying to activate ActivityMon version which is within the purchased update period. Install the ActivityMon version released within purchased update period or buy update for your ActivityMon products.
I am not able to enter ActivityMon Parental Control activation key, the error message shown says it cannot be used with the application. What is the problem?
Probably you are trying to enter the activation key into the commercial version of ActivityMon products. Download and install setup package named ActivityMon Parental Control.
Can be ActivityMon used with anti-virus installed?
ActivityMon is a standard Windows® application and as such there should be no collision with any anti-virus software. ActivityMon is permanently tested with the free versions of Windows Defender,
AVG a Avast Antivirus.
I lost/forget the access password to ActivityMon products. Is it possible to obtain or reset it?
ActivityMon strictly restricts access to obtained data only with correct password. In case of password is lost the only way is to reinstall application. Unfortunately data is lost in such a case.
